OUR RESCUE utilizes trained dogs for USB and IT searches to hunt the electronic devices used to pass along the exploitation of human trafficking. These dogs are rigorously trained, loved, and become strong devoted companions to the men and women who they serve. "Our Rescue," formerly known as Operation Underground Railroad, is actively working in the United States to combat sex trafficking and child exploitation.
Their domestic operations involve:
Training law enforcement:They provide comprehensive training sessions to equip officers with the skills necessary to identify and assist victims of trafficking.
Providing forensic support:They supply digital forensic software to aid investigations and prosecutions.
Utilizing Electronic Storage Detection K9s:Specially trained K9s are deployed to detect hidden devices containing illegal material.
Survivor Care:They offer tailored support and collaborate with other organizations to provide trauma-informed aftercare services to survivors.
Interstate Justice Coalition:Our Rescue has partnered with Skull Games Solutions and We Fight Monsters to form the Interstate Justice Coalition. This initiative conducts multi-state surge operations in collaboration with law enforcement to stop traffickers and rescue survivors within the US. Supporting ICAC Teams:They provide technology, forensic tools, and investigative resources to Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces across the country through their ICAC Connect program.
Ongoing field operations:Our Rescue's Field Operations team directly responds to government requests for intelligence, digital forensics, specialized training, and more to support law enforcement in identifying predators and rescuing survivors.
Our Rescue aims to expand its reach and impact by increasing the number of trained law enforcement personnel, enhancing its technological capabilities, and strengthening global partnerships to combat these crimes both within the United States and internationally.
Together with two powerful partners, Skull Games Solutions and We Fight Monsters, we’ve launched a bold new effort: the Interstate Justice Coalition.This is a coordinated, multi-state surge operation across the U.S., conducted hand-in-hand with law enforcement from at least four different states. While many details must remain confidential to protect survivors and ensure operational security, here’s what we can tell you:

I am pleased to share that we are continuing to grow and evolve, with the goal of deepening our impact and strengthening our ability to serve survivors and support law enforcement. Globally we are now more nimble, introducing aregional surge modelto enable targeted, short term deployments in key geographical areas. We are also expanding our U.S. based efforts by placing moreESD K9sand through core programs includingICAC Connect.
Hopefully you have seen some of the recent successes that we have shared online through our social media channels. I encourage you to learn more about the impact of your contribution in our2024 Annual Reportand by following us online. A current coordinated six-week international surge operation across 10 countries, Operation Global Impact 2025, has resulted in 112 suspects arrested, 44 minors rescued, and 58 adults rescued. This is just one of many efforts this year driving our mission forward—rescuing victims, dismantling trafficking networks, and restoring hope.
