Shipping and local delivery

Primrose’s published policy says orders are generally processed within 1-2 days. USPS Priority shipping is used for shipped items. Local delivery is also published for residents within 10-15 miles of Rochester, and local pickup is available by arrangement.

Eligible returns

The published return policy allows a return request within 30 days of receiving an item. To be eligible, an item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods are not eligible for return. For a return question or to arrange pickup, email primrose@primrosesignatureboutique.com.
