Shipping Policies: USPS - priority shipping is used for all shipping for all items. If necessary, there will be more than one USPS priority box used to get your boutique items to you promptly.
Shipping time
It will take approximately 1-2 days to ship all orders from the date the order is complete. If the order is received after 7:00pm the order will not be completed until the following morning.
Shipping restrictions:
We do not ship to Guam, Russia, or Turkey. If you have a PO BOX, please be certain there are instructions left at the USPS for your delivery. We will not be responsible for any lost PO BOX orders.
Customers can track their local delivery orders by receiving an email with real-time tracking information when their order is ready for delivery.

Store pickup hours are 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Order Processing Time:
Order processing time is 1-2 days depending on when order is received. Your order is received after 7:00 p.m. The order will be processed the next day. And the order will be shipped that day. If the order is received prior to 7:00 p.m. in order will be processed and shipped the same day
Primrose Signature Boutique offers local delivery Monday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Local delivery is free and available for residents within 10 to 15 miles from 940 Stone Road, Rochester, New York 14616-4306.
Customers can track their local delivery via USPS on the USPS local delivery site using a tracking number, which will be provided at the time of their order.
